For me, the cold winter months always call for meals that warm you from the inside out. As spring is quickly approaching here in Berlin I am trying to eat all of my favorite winter foods before my body starts craving lighter meals once again. Also, as I am in a situation right now where i not only have to get my wisdom teeth removed, but also my tonsils, Im guessing the soup making will go into early spring for me aswell.
Oh well, another excuse to eat lots of delicious soup and expand my soup recipes! Right now this brussel sprout cauliflower soup is one of my absolute favorite creamy soups to make, and i hope you will love it as much as i do!
