Vegan *no egg* Nog

This time of year is for me all about snuggling up at home with a blanket, a nice christmassy drink and a classic Christmas movie.
It‘s also about not getting too caught up in the christmas madness of materialistic things and presents, and remembering that christmas is supposed to be a time where you share love and good times with the people that mean the most to you.
Since I am pretty much the glühwein queen (or glögg as we call it in danish) I thought it would be about time to change up my Christmas drink a little bit. I never used to be a huge fan of egg nog before I became vegan, but this version is not as heavy as the non vegan version and focuses more on the flavours of the spices, with a addition of a little orange flavour to really bring out and compliment both the flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove and the added amaretto liquour.
If this won‘t get you in the perfect cozy holiday spirit, I don‘t know what will!
YOU WILL NEED

1 can of coconut milk
2 cups of almond milk
1 teaspoons of nutmeg
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 clove
2 cl amaretto (optional)
1 vanilla bean
3 teaspoons of orange cest
2 teaspoons of orange juice

DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a blender (almond milk,vanilla bean, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, amaretto and liquid coconut milk) except the hard part of the coconut milk, whip it into coconut cream and add it to the mixture last and serve.
