Superfood Green smoothie

This green smoothie is packed with Calcium, Potassium, Protein and Iron. it‘s one of my favorite smoothies to make in the morning as it gives you such a energy boost, is filling, healthy and super delicious! who said green smoothies have to be bad tasting and boring?


YOU WILL NEED

________________________________________________________________________________________________________

2 cups of frozen spinach

2 cups of plant milk

1 cup of lettuce

3 frozen bananas

1 teaspoon of spirulina powder

half of an apple (optional)

________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Add it all to your blender and mix on high speed for a few minutes, and Enjoy it straight away. :-)
