These Hazelnut orange pancakes are the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth!

they are fluffy, indulgent and filling and are perfect for your sunday morning breakfast, or any other morning where you have a little extra time and would like to treat yourself.

YOU WILL NEED:

3 tablespoons of orange juice

2 cups of plantbased milk

2 ripe bananas

2 tablespoons of hazelnut butter

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

1 and a half teaspoon of baking powder

1 cup of all purpose flour

1 teaspoon of vanilla powder (optonal)

start with mixing the Milk, bananas, hazelnut butter and apple cider vinegar in a blender until its all mixed well together. you can also use any other kitchen machine for that matter, as long as its all mixed evenly together.

then mix the baking powder, flour, and vanilla powder together and and slowly add the wet mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients while stirring.

when the mixture is smooth, warm a pan and add coconut oil (or any other oil that you have or prefer) and start with adding the pancake mixture to the pan. make sure not to make the pancakes too big as it will either burn them fast or make it hard for you to flip them.

after a few minutes, flip them on to the other side for a minute and put them on to a plate.

when you have made all pancakes you can either add maple syrup or a mixture of freshly squeezed orange juice and hazelnut butter and oil. i put the orange hazelnut mixture on mine and it was extremely delicious.

Bon Apetit!

Let me know if you try the recipe, and if you like it as much as i do.
