Healthy ice cream that you can eat for breakfast?!


Yep, you read that right.


Eating a plantbased diet comes with many benefits, but one of my biggest Aha moments was probaly when i realized i could make easy and healthy ice cream Made from frozen bananas and eat it for breakfast (or at any other time of the day) without having to feel guilty!


this refreshing and super delicious blueberry sorbet is based on frozen blueberrys and frozen bananas and requires only 4 ingredients, so its super easy to make!



you simply cut and freeze 2 bananas (for atleast 4 hours) and add 3 cups of frozen blueberries with half a cup of your favorite plantbased milk (i used oatmilk) add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and pop it all in the foodprocessor for 5-7 minutes and Voilá! a super easy and delicious treat!


if you dont like blueberries that much you can also add frozen mango, strawberry or raspberry instead :-)



now you can eat delicious vegan ice cream everyday - your welcome!
