DELICIOUS VEGAN PIZZA - VEGAN RECIPES

Since going vegan, i have struggled a lot with finding toppings for pizza‘s that were anywhere near as satisfying as i used to find my old favorite Magharita pizza. but over many trial and errors i have finally found some truly delicious pizza combinations that makes my mouth water, every time i think of them. i made the crust myself, and i personally like my crust a bit thicker but you can just add a little extra water or oil, if you prefer a thinner crust.
CRUST RECIPE

3 cups of all purpose flour (Healthier option: add 1-2 cups of whole wheat flour)
1 tablespoon baking powder
half a teaspoon salt
2 table spoons of olive oil
1 cup lukewarm water
start with mixing the dry ingredients and then slowly add the wet ingredients into the mixture.
the pizza crust doesnt need any resting time and can be used immedietly! i put mine on a baking sheet and added a little Chili oil and garlic oil on top to give it some extra flavor.
TOPPINGS

I then added some of my favorite toppings. on this pizza it ended up being onions, garlic, sweet potato and vegan shredded cheese. if you have never tried putting sweet potato on a Pizza - You‘re welcome! its truly a game changer.
after adding your favorite toppings you simply pop it in the oven for 10-20 minutes on 180 degrees! Bon appetit!
